Bookings and confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit or full payment has cleared. Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise stated, a 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 45 days before departure. Late payment may result in the reservation being released by the supplier.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in South African Rand and are based on exchange rates, taxes and supplier rates at the time of quoting. Material changes outside our control may require a price adjustment, which we will communicate before you commit further funds.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, required visas and any mandatory health documentation. We advise on requirements but cannot be held liable for denied boarding or entry.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveller and is not included in package prices unless expressly stated.
Liability
HeyTraveller Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and activity providers. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
