We collect the details you submit when enquiring or booking: name, email address, phone number, city, emergency contact details and, where required by an airline, hotel or border authority, passport information and nationality. We also collect dietary requirements and special requests you choose to share.
How we use your information
Your information is used to prepare quotes, make reservations with suppliers, issue invoices, arrange transport and support you during travel. Passport details are shared only with the suppliers and authorities that require them for your specific booking.
Marketing communication
If you subscribe to our newsletter or join the membership programme, we may send you travel specials. Every message includes an unsubscribe option and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.
Storage and security
Booking records are retained for the period required by South African tax and consumer protection law, then securely disposed of. Access to traveller records is limited to staff who need it to service your booking.
Your rights under POPIA
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Send requests to goodnessmashala@icloud.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This website stores your cart and wishlist in your browser so your selections survive a page refresh. We do not sell browsing data to third parties.
